摘要
目的:建立清热安胎颗粒的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法对黄芩苷进行定量分析。采用AlltimaC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸-水(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.2084~4.1680μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为100.94%,RSD=2.5%。结论:本方法既先进又简便,结果准确可靠,为该制剂的质量标准提供可靠依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Qingreantai Granule. Methods: The Alhima C18 (4.6 min×250 mm, 5 um) was used with CH3OH-H3PO4-H2O(47:53:0.2) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results: The calibration curve of baicalin was linear at the range of 0.208 4- 4.168 0 ug(r=-0.999 7).The average recovery was 100.94%, RSD=2.5%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, it can be used for the quality control of Qingreantai Granule.
