摘要
在覆冰严重且存在非相间接地的110 kV及以上输电线采用降压35 kV及以下运行,解决110 kV叙古线在凝冰灾害中尽快恢复古蔺县城供电,提出110 kV叙古线降压运行较抢修线路恢复供电更具可行性。
This paper introduces a method of using 35kV and under reduced voltage operation on 110kV and above transmis- sion line under severely icing and non - interphase grounding condition. The method can realize service restoration in Gulin county town with 1 10kV Xu - Gu line in ice disaster as soon as possible and is more feasible than rush repairing line to resume power supply.
