摘要
剖宫产术是处理难产的重要手段之一,近年来随着剖宫产技术的提高、麻醉和抗生素应用的进步以及社会多方面因素的影响,剖宫产率不断上升,给母婴健康及社会经济带来了值得思考的问题。剖宫产率的影响因素包括医学因素和社会因素两个方面,其中社会因素已成为剖宫产率增高的主要原因。为此需制定安全降低剖宫产率的策略和措施,将剖宫产率控制在一个较为合理的范围。
Cesarean section is one of important ways to treat dystocia. In recent years, cesarean section rate had been raised continuously with progresses in technology of cesarean section, advancement in applications of anesthesia and antibiotics, and influesce of many social factors, which brings problems worthy to be thunk in maternal and child health and social economy. Influencing factors of cesarean section rate include medical factors and social factors, of which, social factors have become main reasons why cesarean section rate increases. So, safe strategies and measures should be taken to control the rate in more reasonable range.
