摘要
在直吹式制粉系统磨煤机启动过程中,主蒸汽压力波动幅度很大,从而导致协调控制系统无法连续投入自动运行。针对这一问题,提出了一种模糊控制与传统PID控制的复合控制策略,并进行了仿真研究。结果表明,以模糊控制器为主控制器,以PI作副控制器,并以磨煤机的启动信号作自动补偿,可以获得满意的控制品质。
During start-up of direct-fired coal mills, the main steam pressure generally fluctuates violently, which makes the coordinated control system unable to operate continuously. In order to solve this problem, a compound control strategy is proposed based on combination of a fuzzy control concept and the traditional PID control technology. Simulation results show that satisfactory control quality can be obtained when fuzzy controller is taken as the main and PI as the assistant controller, while the start-up signal of mill is taken for automatic compensation.
