游泳对新生儿体重和神经行为影响的研究

A study on influence of swimming on neonatal behavioral neurological assessment

目的探讨新生儿游泳对其体重变化及神经行为的影响。方法选择2007年3月-2008年5月在深圳市南山区妇幼保健院行剖宫产的足月新生儿82例为观察组，新生儿从出生后4—5小时开始进行游泳，住院满5～6天出院，住院期间游泳每天2次（总共≥10次），出院后每周游泳≥3次；对照纽为同期行剖宫产的64例新生儿，单纯沐浴。出生第42天测新生儿体重并进行神经行为评分。结果观察组新生儿第42天体重明显高于对照组，经比较有显著性差异（t=2．36，P〈0．05）；观察组新生儿神经行为评分显著高于对照组，经比较有显著性差异（t=2．04，P〈0．05）。结论新生儿游泳能促进新生儿体重增长，有利于其神经行为的改善。

Objective To investigate influence of swimming of neonates on their weight gain and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment （NBNA）. Methods 82 term neonates born by cesarean section at 37 to 42 weeks of gestation in Nansan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen City, Guangdong province in a period from March, 2007 to May, 2008 were selected in observation group. Other 64 term neonates born by cesarean section in the same hospital in the same period were included in the control group. The neonates in the observation group began to swim from the 4th to 5th hours after birth （2 times per day in admission period and the total ≥ 10 times; after discharge ≥3 times per week ）. While 64 neonates in the control group received bathing alone. At the 42th days after birth, all the infants were weighed and were evaluated by NBNA. Results At the 42th days after birth, the mean body weight of infants in the observation group was higher than that of those infants in the control group and the difference was significant （ t = 2.10, P 〈 0.05）, also, the scores of NBNA of neonates in the observation group were higher than those of the infants in the control group and the differences were significant （t= 2.04, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Swimming in neonatal period can accelerate weight gain of the neonates and improve their behavioral neuroloagical development.
