摘要
研究建立了一种用C18固相萃取柱联用离子交换混合反相固相萃取柱的双柱固相萃取技术来提取、净化和富集浓缩花生和花生酱中赭曲霉毒素A,再用高效液相色谱荧光检测器检测赭曲霉毒素A的技术。花生中赭曲霉毒素A的回收率在86.7%-107%之间,总体平均回收率为95.5%,平均RSD为5.30%;花生酱中赭曲霉毒素A的回收率在77%-99.1%之间,总体平均回收率为87.1%,平均RSD为6.66%。
A method that extract, purify and concentrate ochratoxin A from peanut and peanut butter by the double - column solid phase extraction, and detect it by HPLC with fluorescence detector is established. The recovery rate of ochratoxin A in peanut range from 86.7% to 107%, the average recovery rate is 95.5%, the average RSD is 5.30%. The recovery rate of ochratoxin A in peanut butter range from 77% to 99. 1%, the average recovery rote is 87.1%, the average RSD is 6.66%.
