摘要 对苏丹红I号药物性质、作用、危害及其检测方法进行了介绍,比较了各种检测方法的优缺点及研究进展状况,对从事相关研究的人员具有参考作用。 Sudan I is an industrial dye which was once illegally used as food additive, which was seriously harmftd to human health. Its pharmic properties, effects and harms, as well as the determining methods for Sudan I are introduced in the paper.
