摘要
对不同成分试验钢采用了TMCP和离线调质处理2种工艺制度生产储油罐用高强度钢,并对钢板进行常规拉伸实验和冲击实验,分析其组织结构和断口形貌。最终确定大型原油储罐用高强度钢板的化学成分,在此基础上建议采用TMCP和离线调质处理2种工艺来生产大型原油储罐用高强度钢板。
The development history of high strength steel plate for large crude oil storage tanks has been briefly described. The mechanical properties and impact properties of different testing steels are measured, and the microstructure and fracture appearance of testing steel are analyzed. According to the experimental results of testing steel, the reasonable chemical composition of high strength steel plate for large crude oil storage tanks has been proposed. The 610 MPa grade high strength steel plate has been successfully developed, and TMCP process and off-line thermal refining process can be adopted to produce high strength steel plate for large crude oil storage tanks.
