低品位硼铁矿硼铁分离的热力学研究 被引量:4

Thermodynamic Study on Boron and Iron Separation From Low Grade Paigeite

摘要 对低品位硼铁矿碳热还原分离铁硼进行了热力学分析,分析结果表明:1500℃以下硼铁可以通过选择性还原进行分离,矿石中的氧化物杂质对其没有影响。按化学当量C/O=1配碳,进行了差热及马弗炉焙烧实验。实验结果表明:由于该矿本身相互嵌布特点,焙烧温度在1200℃以下时硼铁分离效果不好。焙烧温度过高选后硼铁精矿粉品位变化不大,能耗增大。因此,最佳的焙烧温度为1200--1350℃,在此温度下能使硼铁分离,铁硼精矿粉品位分别达到80%和12%以上。实现了低品位硼铁矿的综合利用。 The thermodynamic analysis on iron and boron separation from low grade paigeite was based on carbothermic method. The results indicate that boron and iron could be separated by selective reduction at less than 1500℃ and oxide impurities in ore had no influence on it. According a chemical equivalent of C/O = 1 to blend carbon,an experiment was performed. The results indicate that boron and iron could not separated on sufficiently at a temperature less than 1200℃ because of ore inset distribution. If roasting temperature was too high then energy consumption was increased without improvement in iron and boron concentrate grade. Therefore the best roasting temperature range was 1 200-1 350 ℃ and iron and boron concentrate grade can reach to more than 80% and 12% respectively. The comprehensive utilization of low grade paigeite can be realized.
