山楂叶总黄酮对心肌缺血大鼠心电图及心室/体重指数的影响

Effects of Hawthorn Leaf Flavonoids on Cardiogram and Left Ventricular Weight/body Weight Ratio in Myocardial Infarction Rats

目的:观察山楂叶总黄酮(hawthorn leaf flavonoids,HLF)对心肌缺血大鼠心电图及心室/体重指数的影响。方法:采用皮下注射异丙肾上腺素腹腔来制作大鼠心肌缺血模型,检测每组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图ST段上抬幅度及心室/体重指数。结果:HLF组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图ST段上抬幅度明显降低。HLF组可明显抑制ISO所致心室/体重指数的增加。结论:HLF能显著抑制心肌肥大的发生,使心室/体重指数趋于正常,有较好的心肌保护功能。

Objective： To observe the effects of hawthorn leaf flavonoids （ HLF ） to ST - segment , left ventricular weight/body weight ratio on myocardial injury rats. Method： A rat model of acute myocardial injury is induced by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol. To examine the electrocardiography in Lead H, left ventricular weight/body weight ratio. Result： ST - segment elevation, increase of left ventricular weight/body weight ratio were detected in rats only injected with isoproterenol. Whereas, pre - treatment of HLF can restore them normal. Conclusion： HLF have prominent cardioprotective effect on ISO - mediated myocardial injury in rats.
