复方丹参滴丸与通心络治疗心绞痛的疗效比较

Curative Effect Comparison of Complex Danshen Root Dripping Pill and Tongxinluo

目的：通过临床对比复方丹参滴丸与通心络胶囊两种心绞痛治疗药物，结合实验室理化数据，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：将200例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为复方丹参滴丸组（100例）和通心络组（100例）。复方丹参滴丸组给予复方丹参滴丸，每次10丸，每日3次；4周为一个疗程；通心络组给予通心络胶囊，每次4粒，每日3次，4周为一疗程。患者均在8：00-9：00空腹抽取静脉血5ml，肝素抗凝混均后，进行血液粘度、红细胞积压、纤维蛋白原、血沉和血脂的测定。结果：治疗4周后，两组药物均能显著地改善血液流变学各项指标，缓解病情，4~-复方滴丸对血脂三项（TC、TG、HDLC）无明显变化（P〉0．05）；通心络除能显著改善血液流变学各项指标外还能调节血脂水平（P〈0．05）。结论：通心络胶囊能显著地调节血脂作用，防止动脉硬化；其调脂作用较复方丹参滴丸显著。提示通心络胶囊除能用于一般的冠心病治疗外，更适合应用于伴有高脂血症的冠心病患者。

Objective： To compare the clinical curative effect of two kinds coronarism curative drug, complex danshen root dripping pill and tongxinluo caps. To combine the experimental data, provide information for clinical rational administration. Method： 200 coronary heart disease coronarism patients were randomly divided into complex danshen root dripping pill group（ 100 patients） and tongxinluo caps group（ 100 patients）. In complex danshen root dripping pill group, patients were treated by complex danshen root dripping pills, 10 pills every time, 3 times every day, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. In tong xin luo caps group, patients were treated by tong xin luo caps, 4 caps every time, 3 times every day, 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Patients all were draw venous blood 5ml in empty stomach status at AM 8：00 ~ 9：00 every morning, after mixed with liquemine, did the detection of blood viscosity, packed red blood cells, profibrin, blood sedimentation and blood fat. Result： After 4 weeks treatment, both drugs could remarkably improve the index of blood rheology, relieved patient＇ s condition. But complex danshen root dripping pill didn＇ t conspicuously improve 3 indexes of blood fat （ TC, TG, HDLC ） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Tong xin luo caps besides to markedly improve the index of blood rheology, regulate blood fat level （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Tong xin luo caps remarkably regulates blood fat, to prevent angiosclerosis, its blood fat regulation effect is significant than complex danshen root pills. That induces, tongxinluo caps besides to cure normal coronary heart disease, more suit to cure coronary heart patients complicated with high blood fat.
