泛昔洛韦联合梅花针治疗带状疱疹临床疗效评价

Evaluation of the clinical effect of famciclovir combined with plum blossom bin in herpes zoster

目的:观察泛昔洛韦联合梅花针治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:选择50例皮损典型、水疱明显的带状疱疹患者,随机分为两组,A组25例,只采用泛昔洛韦治疗;B组25例,采用泛昔洛韦联合梅花针治疗。结果:B组痊愈率比A组高12%(P<0.01),差异有显著性;B组水疱干涸时间和完全结痂时间均优于A组、继发皮肤感染率比A组低16%、平均住院天数比A组少5天(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论:泛昔洛韦联合梅花针治疗带状疱疹,可以缩短水疱结痂及痂皮脱落的时间,降低继发皮肤感染率,缩短病程,提高痊愈率。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of famcielovir combined with plum blossom bin in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods：50 cases of herpes zoster with typical skin lesion and obvious blister were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Grout B was treated with fameielovir combined with plum blosson bin,while group A only with famcielovir. Results：Group B was higher than group A in the cure rate by 12%,with significant difference between them （P〈0.01）.Both the wizened time and crusted time of blister in group B were superior to those in group A, group B was lower than group A in the infection rate of skin by 16% and the average hospitalization time in group B was 5 days less than that in group A,with significant difference and statistical significance between them （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fameiclovir combined plum blossom bin in herpes zoster can shorten the time of blister incrustation and decrustation, decrease the secondary infection rate of skin, shorten the course of disease and improve the recovery rate.
