心肺复苏培训及临床实践中的常见认识误区

Misunderstandings in training and clinic practices of cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation

目的:探讨院内心肺脑复苏(CPCR)训练考核及临床实践中的常见认识误区。方法:以本院CPCR训练考核及临床实践中,我们总结出10个常见认识误区。2006年,我们仅以国际心肺复苏指南(以下简称《指南》)为教材讲解,2007年在上一年的基础上,增加10个误区的强调讲解,统计并比较10个常见误区在2年考核以及临床实践中的发生率并进行统计分析。结果:院内CPCR培训时,单纯学习《指南》,10个常见认识误区发生率高(>36%);若将常见认识误区加以强调讲解,则常见认识误区发生率明显下降(<18%)。结论:院内CPCR培训时单纯学习《指南》容易使学员走进认识误区,对认识误区强调讲解后,发生率明显下降。

Objective ：To discuss the misunderstandings of training and clinic practices in cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation. Methods：Ten misunderstandings had been summarized in cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation training and clinic practices. In the year of 2006,our training simply explained the AHA Guidelines for CPR ＆ ECC,and in the year of 2007, the ten misunderstandings were emphasized in the basis of 2006;The ratio of the ten misunderstandings was calculated and analyzed during examination and clinic practices after training. Results：The ratio of the ten misunderstandings was very high in 2006（〉36%）during our training examination and clinic practices,and that of 2007 was significantly lower （〈18% ）.Conclusion ： Emphasizing of misunderstandings during eardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation training may lower the ratio of misunderstandings in the examination and clinic practices after training.
