白血病并发弥散性血管内凝血患者的护理

Nursing care of patients with acute leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation

目的:探讨白血病并发急性弥散性血管内凝血(简称DIC)的急救和护理方法。方法:对我院34例白血病并发急性DIC出血的患者迅速建立双静脉通道扩充血容量,正确按医嘱给予化疗、补充凝血因子和血小板、抗凝等治疗,做好病情观察和基础护理,预防严重出血和多器官功能损伤。结果:34例急性白血病并DIC患者,痊愈27例(79.4%),死亡7例(20.6%),其中4例为脑出血,3例为多器官功能衰竭。结论:早诊断、早治疗和细致的护理是改善急性白血病并发DIC患者预后的有效措施。

Objective ：To summarize the emergency nursing treatment of patients with acute leukemia complicated with disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC）. Methods：Two intravenous routes were established as soon as possible to expand the blood volume for the 34 patients with acute leukemia complicated with DIC in our hospital. Giving the treatment correctly according to the doctor＇s orders, such as chemotherapy,adding clotting factors and platelets,anlicoagulantion,etc. Making extensive clinical observation and basis nursing. Preventing severe bleeding and multiple organ failure. Results：27 of the 34 patients with acute leukemia complicated with DIC had been cured（79.4%）,7 of them died（20.6%）. Among the 7 dead cases,4 patients got cerebral hemorrhage,the other 3 were multiple organ failme. Conclusion：Early diagnosis,early treatment and careful nursing are effective strategies to improve the prognosis of patients with a- cute leukemia complicated with DIC.
