摘要
玻璃液在锡槽内的流动速度受玻璃液粘滞力、拉边机作用及其它力的影响,清楚了解玻璃液与它们之间的关系,有利于调控玻璃质量及品种。利用牛顿粘性定律等基本理论,对影响玻璃液流动速度的因素进行了分析比较。结果表明,拉边机的影响最大,粘滞力次之,其它力的影响较小。
The flow rate of liquid glass in the tin bath is influenced by the viscous force of liquid glass, edge roller and other forces. It is propitious to control the quality and variety of glass to understand clearly the relationship between liquid glass and them. This article utilizes some basic theory such as Newton's law of viscosity for analyzing these factors of affecting the flow rate of liquid glass. The results show that the edge roller play the most important role on the glass flow rate, the next is viscous force, and other strength is less.
