摘要
对沥青路面快速施工工艺进行了工程应用研究。探讨了快速施工工艺的最优工艺方法、快速施工条件下的路面基层与面层的质量保证方法以及该工艺对路面基层养生环境的影响,并分析了该工艺的技术经济效益。研究表明,加入SRA缓凝剂的水泥稳定碎石完全能满足快速施工的要求,快速施工工艺有效缩短了施工周期,提高了基层养生质量。
A rapid paving process of asphalt pavement becomes possible and its application investigation is carried out based on the invention of a super retarder named SRA and research on its influence on the forming retard time of cement stabilized granular material. The techniques detail of the rapid paving process, the method of pavement quality management and the influence of hot mixed asphalt crush stone on the curing condition when this process is applied are discussed. The technological and economic benefit of this process is analyzed also to provide some foundation techniques of the process's application. The results show that the cement stabilized granular material with SRA can meet the request of rapid paving process which can shorten the construction periodic time, improve quality of the curing of the road base course effectively. It has a very good technological and economic benefit as discussed in this paper.
