摘要
将资源受限的多模式项目调度问题中的资源拓展为柔性资源,建立了柔性资源受限的多模式项目调度问题的混合整数规划模型。基于PROGEN生成了项目非虚活动数目为10的2 500个算例,利用XPRESS软件进行了精确求解。对5种项目特征参数即项目网络复杂度、能力需求强度、能力供给强度、资源柔性值和资源数目与问题求解难度、项目总完工时间和项目资源利用率之间的关系进行了分析。指出资源柔性值和资源数目的增加虽然能够减少项目完工时间平均值,但是也可能导致资源利用率平均值的下降,对柔性资源进行合理调度才是项目管理的关键。
Along with the resource in multi-mode resource-constrained project scheduling problem being extended to flexible resource, a mix-integer programming model is presented for flexible resource-constrained multi-mode project scheduling problem. Benchmark instances numbered 2 500 are generated based on PROGEN and solved with XPRESS exactly. The problem solving difficulty, project makespan and resource utilization ratio are compared considering project parameters such as project network complexity, capability demand strength, capability supply strength, resource flexibility value and resource number. The results indicate that increasing resource flexibility value and resource number will contribute to the decrease in mean project makespan. However, they make result in lower mean resource utilization ratios possible. Therefore, efficient scheduling of the flexible resources is the key function in project management.
