文拉法辛与阿米替林治疗老年抑郁症的疗效对比

Comparative study of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of aged depression

目的:探讨文拉法辛对老年抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法:70例老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别用文拉法辛和阿米替林治疗,疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效。结果:文拉法辛组显效率80%,阿米替林组显效率77.14%,两组疗效近似,但文拉法辛见效快,不良反应少,程度较轻。结论:文拉法辛是一种安全有效,见效快,不良反应轻的治疗老年抑郁症的药物。

Objective：To explore the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxine in the treatment of aged depression. Methods：70 patients with aged depression were randomly divided into the treatment groups of venlafaxine or amitriptyline,and treated with venlafaxine or amitriptyline respectively for six weeks.Hamilton depressive scale （HAMD） was used to assess the efficacy,and treatment emergert symptom scale （TESS） was to observe the side effects.Results：The marked improvement rate of venlafaxine group was 80% ,and amitriptyline group was 77.14% ,there was similar efficacy between two groups,but the efficacy of venlafaxine is faster than amitriptyline and the side effects were less and milder in venlafaxine group. Conclusion： Venlafaxine is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of aged depressin ,it＇s efficacy is faster and its side effects are less and milder.
