摘要
目的:探讨依从性在口腔正畸临床中的意义。方法:对已结束口腔正畸的301例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:口腔正畸临床依从性具体量化体现在矫治装置的保持、能否按预约时间复诊、能否保持口腔卫生等,还与患者的主观愿望、心理特点等密切相关。结论:患者在治疗过程中保持良好的依从性,可以缩短疗程,更好保持口腔组织健康。
Objective ：To investigate the significance of orthodontic clinical compliance.Methods：The clinical data in 301 orthodontic patients were analysed retrospectively.Results：The orthodontic clinical complicance not only influenced on how to handle the corrective devices ,whether the return visit was on appointment time and the oral health was kept and so on ,but also was closely related to subjective desire and psychologic characteristics in those patients.Conclusion：Keeping the patients in good compliance can shorten the course of treatment and help them to obtain a good and steady curative effect.
