摘要
对各种300 MW CFB锅炉外置式换热器、炉膛形式、分离器、空气预热器等部件的技术特点进行了对比,并结合各个工程的具体特点提出了相应的选型原则。采用不带外置床的CFB锅炉较经济适用;炉膛可采用单布风板或双布风板形式,对于难燃尽燃料采用双布风板效果更好;对于高海拔、低气压地区或燃用烟气量特别大的燃料,宜采用4个分离器;推荐首选回转式空气预热器。
The technical features of external heat exchanger, shape of furnace, separator, and air preheater etc. for various kinds of 300 MW CFB boilers have been compared,and combining with concrete features of each object, corresponding type- selecting principle being put forward. It is more economic and applicable to select CFB boiler without external bed; the single air - distributing plate and double air- distributing plates all can be adopted in the furnace, but the effectiveness of double air- distributing plates will be better for fuels being hard to burn away;for fuels with a large amount of flue gas at high altitude and under low atmospheric pressure,it is recommended to first choose rotary air - preheater.
