摘要
在汽轮发电机组,特别是一些中、小容量机组的运行中,轴承座的轴向振动是其垂直或水平振动的数倍甚至几十倍。与转轴振动和轴承座垂直、水平振动一样,过大的轴向振动也会严重影响机组的安全运行。分析轴承座轴向振动产生的机理,并结合现场3个轴承座轴向振动(简称轴向振动)问题的诊断和处理实例进行说明,给出消除和控制轴向振动的方法。
The axial vibration of bearing pedestal is referring to vibration in same direction of the rotor shaft's centre line. The axial vibration of bearing pedestal occurred frequently' is several times even several ten times of its vertical or horizontal vibration,especially on units of small or medium capacity. As in evaluating rotor shaft vibration,as well as vertical and horizontal vibration of the bearing pedestal. Overlarge axial vibration may also seriously affect stable operation of the unit. The mechanism of producing axial vibration of the bearing pedestal has been analysed and combined with diagnosis and disposal of three practical examples concerning axial vibration in the field, the method of eliminating and controlling axial vibration has been given.
