摘要
针对自由曲线测量中数据处理繁琐、测点定位及测头半径补偿等问题,提出了一种基于三次插值样条函数的自由曲线测量方法。该方法能精确地拟合出自由曲线轮廓,解决了测头半径补偿的问题。通过计算机仿真,证明了所提出方法的可行性。
Based on analyzing the problems of the measuring method of the free curve, such as data-processing complex, measuring point positioning and probe radius compensation, a method for measuring free curve according to cubic spline function is put forward, which can express free curve contour precisely. It not only realizes the position adjustment between measure benchmark and design benchmark, but also resolves the problem of probe radius compensation. The effectiveness of this method has been validated by the numerical simulation.
