The Research Progress of Third Party Damage to Oil and Gas Pipelines

在阐述管道第三方破坏的形式以及所造成的严重后果的基础上,对管道第三方破坏的成因进行了分析,结合国内外管道第三方破坏评价的研究进展,对管道第三方破坏的预防措施按照管理和技术两类进行了功能分析,并就每种预防措施的技术特点以及实用效果进行了讨论,最后针对我国油气管道如何预防第三方破坏提出了建议。

Based on the explanation of the form of third party damage to oil and gas pipelines and its serous consequences, the analysis is given to the cause of third party damage to pipelines. Then combined with the research progress of third party damage to pipelines at home and abroad, the preventive measures against third party damage to pipelines are analyzed functionally according to the two categories of management and technology, together with the discussion on the technical characteristics and practical effect of every preventive measure. Finally, some suggestions are presented on how to take the precaution against the third party damage to oil and gas pipelines in our country.
