An Analysis and Study on the Operating Quality of Reciprocating Compressors with High Compression Ratio

针对温米油田高压缩比、多级往复式压缩机试运行过程中出现的十字头严重烧结等质量问题进行了分析探讨,通过技术改进,解决了机组非正常情况下停机出现的零部件损伤、十子头烧结现象,也为今后机组选型提供了一定的参考。

Some quality problems are analyzed, which are about serious agglomeration of cross heads appearing in the process of trial operation of reciprocating compressors with high compression ratio in Wenmi oilfields. Through the technology improvement, the solutions are given to the problems about the parts damage and the serious agglomeration of cross heads appearing when the machines stop under the unusual condition. This also provides certain quality analysis references for the future machine selection.
