摘要
讨论了一个基于二维工程图纸的计算机辅助产品几何质量检测系统,它以CAD系统生成的图形作为产品几何质量检测的评判依据,以三坐标测量机为检测工具。系统通过DXF格式的数据交换文件自动提取图形中的尺寸和形位公差信息,通过与三坐标测量机检测到的实际数据进行分析比较来判定所加工的零件是否合格。
A computer aided product geometry quality inspection system, which is based on 2D CAD drawings, is discussed. The system evaluates the product machining geometry quality via the CAD drawings and the data measured by CMM. The system extracts the information of dimension and tolerance from drawing's data exchange files (DXF) to compare with the data measured by CMM, and then the eligibility of parts quality can be determined.
