摘要
生化法油脂水解的产物主要由固体、油、水所组成,三组分的分离技术是整个油脂生化水解技术的重要组成部分,也是难点之一。作者采用精密微孔过滤方法进行固液分离,用离心分离法进行油、水液液分离,阐述了分离原理,研究了分离工艺条件,完成了工业试验,为生化法油脂水解反应产物连续分离的工业化生产奠定了基础。
The fermentation products of fats is composed of solid,oil and aqueous solution,of which the separation technology is the critical part,also a difficult point of the whole technology of the fermentation of fats.In this paper,adopted the technology of fine microporous filter for solidliquid separation,and the technology of centrifugal separation for liquidliquid separation.The principles of both separation and technological conditions for the separation were discussed and studied.The industrial experiment was completed,which laid a foundation for the industrialization of continuous separation of the products of fat fermentation.
