摘要
用实际矿浆滤液研究分析了方铅矿-苯胺黑药浮选体系中对方铅矿可浮性造成严重影响的有害离子。认为大量钙、镁离子的存在对方铅矿的可浮性构成了严重的威胁。钙、镁离子对方铅矿的有害影响主要是阻碍苯胺黑药与方铅矿的作用,使方铅矿表面在有效的氧化还原电位区域内失去了生成苯胺黑药的阳极氧化产物。络合剂六偏磷酸钠和EDTA可以络合液相中钙、镁离子,特别是EDTA还可以络合表面的铅氧化物等,达到清洗方铅矿表面、增进苯胺黑药在方铅矿表面的作用。实际矿样的验证结果与纯矿物研究结论一致。
After analyzing the filtrate of a leadzinc ore pulp,authors found that Ca2+ and Mg2+ were the main hazard ions which could depress galena in galenaN,N′diphenylaminodithiophosphoric acid flotation system.Galena presented very little floatability when concentration of Ca2+ or Mg2+ in pulp was up to 001mol/L separately.Authors further found that PNH anode oxidizing peak on galena missed when concentration of Ca2+ or Mg2+ was about 001mol/L.Therefor,the consequence of little floatability of galena was ascribed to their obstructing influence on reaction of PNH with galena.However,the hazard influence of Ca2+ or Mg2+ on galena was decreased at some extent after adding EDTA or sodium hexametaphosphate.This result has been exploited in a commercial leadzinc ore in China.
