大鼠原位肝移植模型制作的若干技术问题

摘要 目的:通过建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型,总结实用性的手术技巧及常见并发症的防治措施。方法:采用改良的二袖套法施行大鼠原位肝移植术123次,观察并分析手术时间、存活率及手术并发症。结果:手术成功率93.5%(115/123),一周存活率为83.7%(103/123),手术并发症主要有麻醉意外、失血性休克、吻合口出血、胆道梗阻、胆漏等。结论:改进的手术方法可以提高手术的成功率,减少并发症的发生。 Objective: To summarize some practical operative techniques and prevention measures for common complications by establishing stable rat orthotopic liver transplantation model. Methods: Orthotopic liver transplantation was performed by modified two-cuff method for 123 times to observe and analyze the operative time, survival rate and operative complications. Results: The successful rate of the operation was 93.5% (115/123 ) and the survival rate of one week was 83.7% ( 103/123 ). The main operative complications were anesthesia accidents, hemorrhagic shock, stoma bleeding, biliary obstruction, biliary leakage and so on. Conclusion: The modified operative method can heighten the operative successful rate and reduce the occurrence of complications.
