Potentiation of Cordyceps Militaris Link on the Immune Function of Macrophage

目的:研究蚕蛹虫草对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。方法:用62.5 mg/kg、125 mg/kg、250 mg/kg、500 mg/kg蚕蛹虫草提取液喂养小鼠,10 d后处死动物,腹腔注入Hank's工作液,收集巨噬细胞,统计巨噬细胞数,计算巨噬细胞吞噬率和巨噬细胞吞噬指数。结果:各实验组巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数均较对照组高(P<0.05);各实验组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:蚕蛹虫草对巨噬细胞免疫功能可能具有增强作用。

Objective ： To study the potentiation of cordyceps militaris link on the phagocytic function of macro- phage. Methods： The mice were respectively fed the extract of cordyceps militaris link of 62.5 mg/kg , 125 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg and then the animals were killed after 10 days to inject the Hank＇ s working fluid into the abdominal cavity, collect the macrophage, do the statistics of the macrophage numbers, count the phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of the macrophage. Results：The phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of macrophage in each experiment group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant differences between each experiment group （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Cordyceps militaris link may have potentiation for the immune function of macrophage.
