On Relation between Regional Culture and Ruling by Law

实施依法治国方略、建设法治国家,离不开文化背景的支持。在中华文化语境下讨论该话题,尚需坚持一种细分的观点,即中华文化统一体里所存在的丰富的地域文化对法治有着不同的影响。在不同的地域文化区,需采取针对性的法治策略,实现与地域文化的良好互动,从而更好地推动法治健康有序的发展。

It cannot leave the cultural support to implement the strategy of Ruling the State by Law and constructing a country under the law. To discuss the topic under the Chinese cultural context, it needs one kind of segmentation viewpoint, i.e. the abundant regional cultures in Chinese cultural entity have different reactions to ruling by law. In different regional cultural areas, it needs to adopt corresponding legal measures to realize the good interaction of regional cultures and promote the process of ruling by law better.
