摘要 对WLAN无线功率放大器进行了研究,根据WLAN 802.11b/g无线局域网的特点设计出一种工作于ISM2.4 GHz频段的双向收发的功率放大器。该放大器采用特殊的双管平衡放大电路设计,发射信号功率达到500 mW,接收增益大于10 dB,能方便地串接在无线AP上。该放大器的设计采用了Agilent的ADS2004仿真工具,并给出了测试结果。 This paper presents a WLAN wireless power amplifier. According to the characters of WLAN 802. 11b/g wireless communication,a design example of which works at the frequency band of ISM 2.4 GHz is given. The power amplifier, designed by two parallel PA modules,whose output signal power is up to 500 mW and input signal gain is over 10 dB,can be directly used with wireless access point in WLAN. Agilent ADS2004 is used in the simulation of the power amplifier. Methods of measurement and the measured results are also discussed in the paper.
