利用金属的超塑性成形技术制造用一般常规加工方法难以加工的复杂盲孔型腔，具有工艺简单、制模周期短、成本低，轮廓清晰、表面光洁等优点。

This paper introduces the technique of manufacturing the complicated mould cavity by using the superplasticity of metal. This technique, compared with the general man- ufacturing technology, has the advantages of being simple, ensuring quality, saving opera- tion time ,and lowering roughness and costs.
