旅游城市居民参与体育锻炼的现状调查与影响因素分析——以桂林市居民体育锻炼现状调查为例

The Investigation and Analysis of the Present Situation and Influencing Factors of the Urban Residents′ Participation in Physical Activity in the Tourist Cities——Making the Investigation of Guilin City Residents′ Physical Exercise as an Example

文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察统计法对桂林市居民参加体育锻炼的现状和体育锻炼的意识进行调查,并对影响居民参加体育锻炼的因素进行分析,从中发现体育锻炼意识淡薄、场地器材缺乏、缺乏科学的体育锻炼指导等是造成其现状的主要因素,针对这些因素作者提出相应的建议,为今后桂林市居民开展体育锻炼提供更好的参考.

The article adopts literature consultation, questionnaire research method, and observation statistics method to investigate present situation and the consciousness of physical exercise of the Guilin residents and analyze the factors that affected the residentsr participation in physical exercise to find out the main factors,such as a weak consciousness of physical activity, the lack of space and equipment, and the lack of scientific physical training guidance. Focusing on these factors,I will make better corresponding recommendations for Guilin residents in carrying out physical training and exercise in future.
