生产设备管理系统的分析与设计

Analysis and Design of Product Equipment Management System

在对生产设备管理系统功能描述的基础上,利用UML建模工具分别建立了系统用例图、类图和有关的动态模型,完成了系统从功能到实现的分析;同时,为了实现系统的设计,在企业局域网的基础上,设计了基于C/S模式的系统体系结构;提出并分析了包括用户管理和事务管理等6大模块的系统总体功能框架;最后从开发的角度介绍了系统主要功能的设计思路,实现了基于角色的用户管理、基于数据库的设备基础信息管理及其远程访问类的设计、基于数据挖掘的系统决策分析和用户定制维护计划的设备维护管理等功能。

Product equipment is one of important aspects in product management in an enterprise.Equipment management system is a sort of informatization means for an enterprise to manage product equipment effectively.Based on the description of system functions,system use cases,class diagram and relative dynamic models are developed respectively by the modeling tool of UML.The analysis of system function and implementation is performed.At the same time,in order to achieve system design,system architecture based on client/server(C/S) mode is designed on enterprise Intranet.Whole function frame of the system is also presented and analyzed,which includes six modules such as user and affair management etc.At last,design ideas of main functions of the system are introduced from the point of view of development.These functions are attained,which are user management based roles,equipment basic information management based on database and design of it's remote accessing classes,decision analysis of the system based on data mining and equipment maintenance of user custom plan etc.
