摘要
运用现代造型软件PRO/E和有限元分析软件ANSYS,并且利用MATLAB软件的计算功能和图形功能,实现了对复杂高温合金铸件凝固过程的温度场和微观组织的仿真;同时耦合了铸件凝固过程模拟的微观动力学模型和宏观温度场模型,建立起实用高效的CA-FE集成模拟法。运用该模拟法研究某航天发动机高温合金铸件,得到其凝固过程的温度场及其微观晶粒组织,模拟结果和实际符合较好。
The solidification temperature field and microstructure of superalloy castings were simulated by synthetically using the universal modeling software PRO/E,the finite element analysis software ANSYS and the applied software MATLAB,which has powerful functions of calculation and graphics.In this paper,the efficient CA-FE method coupling micro-kinetics with macro-thermal transfer was developed.Moreover,this method was used to simulate the solidification temperature field and the microstructure of an aeroengine superalloy casting produced by investment casting.The simulated results agree well with the actual experiments.
