试论市场经济条件下高校校办产业的发展趋向

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL-RUN INDUSTRY UNDER THE CONDITION OF MARKET ECONOMY

改革开放与市场经济建设为高校校办产业崛起奠定了基础，然而，转轨的性质决定了其发展过程的落后性与不稳定性。如何面向市场，完善自我、走向辉煌，成为高校校办产业发展的热点问题。本文对高校校办产业的发展轨迹、现状与制约发展的因素进行了分析，并着重阐述了校办产业今后改革发展的趋向。

While the reform and opening--up policy and the market economy construction have laid a foundation for the rise of the school--run industry,the nature of the economic transformation in the country has a1so led to a few problems in the course of its development. Therefore,it has always been an issue of heated discussion how to face the market economy,to perfect itself and to make headway to prosperity,so far as the school --run industry is concerned. To join the discussion,this paper analyzes how it has developed, what kind of state it stands in present1y the factors that hinder its growth,and describes,especially,the orien- tation of its reform and development in the days to come.
