摘要
高校学报要提高学术质量,必须加强组稿工作,坚持组稿原则,更新编辑理念,增强组稿意识,建立一支稳定的高水平的核心作者队伍,充分发挥编委会的作用,争取学校的政策支持,这是组织高质量稿件的关键和保证。
In order to improve the academic quality, university journals must strengthen the contributions work, insist to the principle of soliciting contributions, renew the edition idea, enhance contributions consciousness, establish a stable high level core author troop, play the editorial committee＇s role fully, strive for the school policy supportting, which is the key and guarantee of organizating high quality manuscript.
