With the method of the-cosine of the angle between the vectors similar coefficient, the data of two different experimental conditions to obtain the electrostatic discharge （ESD） are analyzed and compared, which draws the conclusion that a current waveform stability under the first condition is better than that under the second condition if with the same discharge voltage.
