浅谈教科研工作促进高职院校学报的发展

Function of Teaching and Scientific Research in Development of Journals

通过对高职院校学报与教科研之间的关系及存在问题的分析，从高职院校学报的科研与学术环境、作者群的培养、管理与激励机制等方面探讨了高职院校学报与教科研的有机结合，从而真正意义上促进我国高职院校学报的发展。

The relationship between college journals and teaching and scientific research, as well as the problems, is analyzed in the paper. Additionally, the combination of the journals and scientific research is discussed in aspects of scientific research, academic envi- ronment, cultivation of academic researchers, management and award, and etc. which will push the development of college journals in some sense.
