高炉热风炉应用高发射率覆层的热效率诊断及节能效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对热风炉蓄热体高发射率节能覆层在山东石横特钢集团有限公司1080 m3高炉两座热风炉上的应用,在同一高炉上已经应用和未应用覆层的热风炉进行了节能热诊断测试和热工过程定量分析和比较,对3#热风炉(无覆层)和1#热风炉(有覆层)的热量流向和热效率及热能分布情况进行了定量诊断.诊断结果表明,应用高发射率覆层的热风炉其热风温度升高25℃,废气温度降低13℃,热效率提高了5%. A new micro-nanometer coating on regenerator in hot blast stove for energy saving was applied to one of the hot blast stoves of 1 080 m^3 BF in Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. With the comparison between the stove with coating (1^# hot stove) and another without coating (3^# hot stove) by the thermal equilibrium test, the thermal efficiency and the thermal flow direction were diagnosed in detail. The results of the thermal efficiency diagnosis indicates that the coating makes the hot blast temperature increase 25 ℃ and waste gas temperature reduce 13 ℃ ,leading to an increase of thermal efficiency of 5%.
