摘要 基于IHE(Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise,集成化医疗卫生企业)对放射科影像系统架构进行系统剖析.北美放射学会(Radiological Society of North America,RSNA)和医疗卫生信息与管理系统学会(Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society,HIMSS)联合发起的IHE项目,从工作流集成的角度出发,对现行的医疗行业标准的实现方法进行规范并提供互连集成模型.主要基于预约工作流集成模型,结合放射科的基本工作流程,提出了功能模块化的架构划分和实现方法. System framework of radiology image was analyzed based on Integrating the Healthcare Enterpfise(IHE) ,which is a joint initiative of the Healtheare Information and Management Systems Society(HIMSS) and the Radiological Society of North America( RSNA). From the point of view of workflow integration, implementation method of present medical industry was standardized and integration profiles were provided. Sche dnled Workflow was mainly studied in combination with the basic workflow of the radiological department. The functional framework division and implementation method were put forward.
