摘要
本文对45例胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)围产儿尸检资料进行了病理形态计量学研究,结果表明:吸入股粪导致机械性阻塞和胎粪化学性刺激、诱发肺炎只不过是缺氧过程中的一个环节,而表面活性物质减少或活性降低是肺不张的另一主要原因,在某些情况下,宫内严重缺氧对胎儿呼吸中枢的抑制和表面活性物质缺乏,可能要比吸入胎粪导致机械阻塞的影响更大。
A histopathological metrological study on 45 necropsies of newborn babies with meconium aspiration syndrome was made. The results show that meconium aspiration causes mechanical obstruction and meconium chemical stimulation induces pneumonia,that is only an aspect of anoxia. Decrease of surface activation material or its activity is another main cause of atelectasis. In some cases,inhibition of the respiratory center due to serious endometrium anoxia and insufficiency of surface activation material may have more serious affect than mechanical obstruction caused by meconium.
