摘要
目的了解昆明市某水泥生产线职业性噪声的情况,提出相应的防护对策和管理措施。方法在现场劳动卫生学调查的基础上,对该生产线各噪声作业岗位进行现场噪声监测。结果岗位噪声强度的达标率60%;噪声作业分级中,0级安全作业点8个,占53.3%;Ⅰ级轻度危害作业点3个,占20%;Ⅱ级中度危害作业点3个,占20%;Ⅲ级高度危害作业点1个,占6.7%。结论职业性噪声是水泥生产线最主要的职业性危害之一,应充分考虑改进生产工艺、合理布局、隔声、消声、吸声和隔振降噪等综合技术措施,并做好个人防护。
[ Objective ] To understand the occupational noise in a cement production line of Kunming and put forward relevant countermeasures for protection and management. [ Methods] On the basis of labor health investigation, surveillance was carried out on the on-site noise in the noise-exposed working posts in this production line. [ Results ] The eligible rate of noise intensity was 60% ; according to the classification of noise exposure, 8 working posts belonged to class 0 (53.3%) , 3 belonged to class Ⅰ (20% ), 3 belonged to class Ⅱ (20% ) and 1 belonged to class Ⅵ (6.7% ). [ Conclusion] Occupational noise is one of the major occupational hazards in the cement production line; comprehensive technical measures should be taken and individual protection should be improved.
