通过对零件的工艺分析和模具有关参数的计算,设计了冲孔、落料、预弯连续模,并介绍了部分模具零件的设计思路及加工方法。

Based on the analysis of parts operation and calculating parameters about die,the multistation die to punch, bend and blank are designed. Thinking and working method of the die parts design are also introduced.
