全血中钴的复合基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收分光光度直接测定法

摘要 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定全血中钴的新方法。方法以3 g/L Mg(NO3)2、0.2%Triton X-100和0.1%HNO3(体积分数)混合液为基体改进剂,对血液适当稀释后,直接用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定钴的含量。结果方法最低检出限(n=10)为0.27μg/L,平均特征质量为16.3~18.8 pg/0.0044A,线性范围为0~80μg/L,相对标准偏差3.2%~4.8%,平均回收率为91.0%~96.9%。结论方法具有简便、快速、回收率高、精密度高的优点,该法适用于全血中钴含量的测定。 [Objective] To establish a new method for the determination of cobalt in whole blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Methods] A mixture of 3g/L Mg(NO3 )2, 0. 2% Triton X 100 and 0. 1% HNO3 (V/V) was applied as the modifier; diluted with the modifier, the blood samples were detected directly by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Results ] LOD was 0. 27μg/L( n = 10) ; the average characteristic mass was 16.3 - 18.8 pg/0. 0044 ABS; the linear range was 0 - 80μg/L; the RSD was 3.2% -4. 8% ; the average rate of recovery was 91.0% - 96.9%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and rapid with high rate of recovery and accuracy ; it is applicable for the determination of cobalt in whole blood.
