摘要
目的探讨计算机X线摄影(CR)在地震伤员床旁摄影中的应用价值。方法对我院收治的5.12大地震伤员79例共167张床旁CR摄影与150例共218张传统X线床旁摄影进行比较。结果167张床旁CR摄影片中甲级片125张占74.85%,乙级片42张占25.15%,无废片产生;传统床旁X线摄影218张胶片中甲级片101张占46.33%,乙级片113张占51.83%,废片4张占1.83%。CR明显提高了床旁摄影的质量,降低了重复摄影的几率。结论CR比传统X线摄影在床旁摄影中具有更高的应用价值。
Objective To study the bedside applied value of computed radiography (CR) for earthquake injuries. Methods 167 bedside CR photographs of 79 earthquake injuries were compared with 218 bedside traditional X-ray photography of 150 patients. Results With the application of CR system, there were 125 first level photographs (74.85%) and 42 second level photographs (25.15%) among 167, without anyone fallen into disuse. But in tradioual X-ray group, there were 101 first level(46.33%) and 113 second level(51.83%) among 218 photographs, with 4 fallen into disuse. The bedside application of CR system on injuries apparently improved the quality of photograph, reduced the possibility of repeat photographing. Conclusion There are more bedside applied value of CR on injury than traditional X-ray.
