摘要
论述我国高校图书馆传统办馆模式,分析传统办馆模式与新时期不相适应的主要表现。提出了以实施竞争机制为目标的新的办馆模式的思路。
Traditional Library-establishing pattern isn't fit for the Periodical development, and several main aspects have been discussed. New thoughts a competitive mechanism has also been put forward.
