Security is of the most important issues to be considered in Web network application development. Through the practice of development system, the thesis expounds the achievement of security policy from the system planning stage, the design and development stage as well as the published operational stage. By Using ASP.NET security mechanism and database security control, the thesis summarizes the methods for the enhancement of administrators＇ security awareness and for the construction of a Web application procedure in the secure performance.
