摘要 传统观念认为,企业唯一责任就是获得经济利润,履行社会责任会增加企业的负担和成本。而从长远来看,履行社会责任能使企业的经济目标和社会目标有机结合起来,有利于构建企业核心竞争力。然而,目前我国企业对承担社会责任还存在认识上的误区,如何在履行社会责任的同时,构建和提高企业的核心竞争力是未来企业要想获得成功所必须考虑的问题。 The traditional ideas believed that, the enterprise's only responsibility is to obtain the economical profits. The fulfillment of society responsibility can increase the enterprise's burden and cost. But in the long run, it can combine the economic goal with the social target, and it is advantageous in constructing enterprise's core competitive power. However, our country's enterprises still have erroneous concept in understanding the social responsibility at present, How to construct and enhance the enterprise's core competitive power must be considered during the process of fulfilling the enterprise society responsibility.
