摘要
目的为临床治疗腹型肥胖提供参考。方法归纳总结近年来西医及传统中医对腹型肥胖病因的认识。结果腹型肥胖的病因有遗传因素、年龄、能量摄入及脾胃失调、饮食不节等。结论针对腹型肥胖的病因，寻求中西医的治疗方法，互相补充、互相促进，可获得显著疗效。
Objective To provide reference for the clinical treatment of abdominal obesity. Method Summarized the awareness of the causes of abdominal obesity by the opinion of the Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. Result The causes of abdominal obesity was heredity, age, energy absorb etc. Conclusion Treatments for the cause of abdominal obesity are to be seek from traditional Chinese and the western medicine,both of the two kinds of treatments are complementary to improve each other. Can got good curiative effect.
